- 1 Cup Silk Unsweetened Soy Milk 
- 1/2 Tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 Apple Sliced
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder or Vega Protein Powder
- 1-2 oz water or as desired for thickness
- 4 Ice Cubes or as desired for thickness

Garnish with additional ground cinnamon if you desire!
