I my  goal is to always leave you happy and fulfilled knowing you got more value.

I keep things manageable and on a course that you will enjoy.

I work as a team:

First steps: We iron out in detail what your goals are and a time table for completing them.

I will have you do exercise and food logs to get a more accurate assessment of your behaviors.

Then I will make an evaluation of how much time I will need to work with you.

This is all done on line. Not to worry I will have you shown all the movements and foods that will lead you to success.

Now before you sign up here at this moment... curb your enthusiasm a bit. I will work on a sliding scale.

I have never had a singe client not make tremendous progress. My goal is for them to be doing it on their own and some have gone onto to be personal trainers themselves.

What I will be doing inside your mind, as you have gathered from my posts is turn your workout attitude to one of crushing and succeeding also. And that is exciting!
